New ICS DT members

The submissions to the ICS DT Call were out of this world and picking only 3 was completely out of the question. So I decided to keep my team to 14 with the 8 new DT members. I wished that I could have picked everyone that tried out. There will be ICS GD spots that I have to fill and will do that shortly and hopefully before the end of the week.
